I’ve been in the sales industry for over 20 years. I started at Radio Shack selling cell phones, then after about 6 years I decided to get out of the sales industry and try something different. That’s when I took an IT position with Charter Communications (Spectrum). I worked there for 8 years before they stopped promoting from within my department. Our yearly raise was only 6% and compared to the 20% inflation that California was facing at the time, the pay was no longer adding up. That’s what I decided to leave and look elsewhere. I came across 3V Expansions and they offered room for growth through their Management Training Program along with the financial compensation that I was looking for. I am now one of the top account managers here looking to promote up to branch manager before the end of this year.

So as you know, my name is Robert. I was born and raised in California. My first job was in the boating industry, where I did everything from marine detailing to working on boat mechanics.
While I gained valuable experience, I didn’t see much room for growth or long-term opportunity. Around that same time, I had a baby on the way, so I knew I needed something more for my future.
Like anyone in that position, I started applying for different opportunities. After a few interviews, I came across 3V Expansions. Once they broke down the management program for me, I knew it was exactly what I had been looking for.
Now, I’m focused and working toward becoming the next branch manager at 3V Expansions.

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset especially since my family comes from many business owners throughout my family history.I did the traditional route and went to college graduating from San Jose State University as a double major with Business Administration & Management Information Systems. I’ve worked in the corporate world for almost 10 years my most recent company was SiriusXM where I spent 5 years as a District Sales Manager until I found the opportunity at 3V Expansions Inc.I’m currently a Director in the office and still generating new clients for AT&T and managing my team with the best leadership I can provide to them.My personal motivation is creating the best life I can for my daughter, future family of my own and to be a Branch Manager with the company running my own market and becoming an industry leader.Outside of work I enjoy traveling, music festivals, trying new restaurants, playing basketball and spending time with family and friends. My secret ability is I can sing.

My name is Tucker. I started working at a pretty early age, picking up a variety of jobs along the way. Eventually, I found myself in the restaurant industry, where I spent about six years gaining experience in different roles. I worked as a cook, did deliveries, and eventually became a general manager, a position I held for about three years.
While I learned a lot during that time, I realized there wasn’t much room for growth or long-term opportunity, so I decided to move on and look for something new.
A few months ago, I found 3V Expansions, and since then, I’ve been pushing myself to grow every day. Now, I’m proud to say I’m on track to becoming one of the next future managers at 3V.
