Before I got the offer to work at this job I worked in retail. While working there i would always go the extra mile to help my coworkers and the team but unfortunately the same energy wasn’t reciprocated towards me. I was really looking forward to working here because I knew that i could grow as a person, and career wise as well. I always knew since I was younger that I wanted to become something more for myself and become an independent person that only relied on myself. Since i’ve started working here this has been exactly what i’ve gotten, and now all that’s left is to keep working for what i’ve wanted for so long to become my own boss!

From a young age, I worked hard to help my family, taking on part-time jobs to make ends meet. Despite my efforts, I felt lost, unsure of the right path. Nothing seemed to work, whether it was fast food, construction, or freelancing. One night, I found an ad for a company called 3V Expansions. It promised growth and opportunity, so I applied. To my surprise, they reached out and asked to meet. The interview focused on my drive and willingness to learn, not my past jobs. 3V Expansions gave me the chance I’d been looking for real opportunities and a place that believed in growth, both for the business and its people.

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset especially since my family comes from many business owners throughout my family history.I did the traditional route and went to college graduating from San Jose State University as a double major with Business Administration & Management Information Systems. I’ve worked in the corporate world for almost 10 years my most recent company was SiriusXM where I spent 5 years as a District Sales Manager until I found the opportunity at 3V Expansions Inc.I’m currently a Director in the office and still generating new clients for AT&T and managing my team with the best leadership I can provide to them.My personal motivation is creating the best life I can for my daughter, future family of my own and to be a Branch Manager with the company running my own market and becoming an industry leader.Outside of work I enjoy traveling, music festivals, trying new restaurants, playing basketball and spending time with family and friends. My secret ability is I can sing.

I grew up in every poverty city in riverside county you could think of, so i knew from a young age that my family wasn’t financially stable and I didn’t want that for myself when i was grown. I started working at 6 years old with my stepdad then did typical work like fast food and warehouse. The glass ceiling for growth within those lines of work were very short so once I hit that threshold of growth I knew those weren’t for me. Now I’m at 3v Expansions where the sky is the limit for reaching your goals. fun fact - fun fact i am 22 years young, have 3 kids and a fiancée which are obviously my step 7 !

I’ve been in the sales industry for over 20 years. I started at Radio Shack selling cell phones, then after about 6 years I decided to get out of the sales industry and try something different. That’s when I took an IT position with Charter Communications (Spectrum). I worked there for 8 years before they stopped promoting from within my department. Our yearly raise was only 6% and compared to the 20% inflation that California was facing at the time, the pay was no longer adding up. That’s what I decided to leave and look elsewhere. I came across 3V Expansions and they offered room for growth through their Management Training Program along with the financial compensation that I was looking for. I am now one of the top account managers here looking to promote up to branch manager before the end of this year.
