Motivated by Family and a Bigger Goal
Eddy’s biggest source of motivation is his family, especially his mother and siblings. They continue to inspire him to work toward bigger goals and remain focused on what he wants to accomplish both personally and professionally.
One of his most meaningful goals is to reach a point where his mother can retire, and he can give back to her for everything she has done for him. That goal gives him a strong sense of purpose and keeps him motivated as he continues building his career and leading his branch.
Outside of work, Eddy enjoys skating and boxing. Both interests reflect the discipline, persistence, and focus that also play a role in his approach to leadership.
