Before I got the offer to work at this job I worked in retail. While working there i would always go the extra mile to help my coworkers and the team but unfortunately the same energy wasn’t reciprocated towards me. I was really looking forward to working here because I knew that i could grow as a person, and career wise as well. I always knew since I was younger that I wanted to become something more for myself and become an independent person that only relied on myself. Since i’ve started working here this has been exactly what i’ve gotten, and now all that’s left is to keep working for what i’ve wanted for so long to become my own boss!

The choices we make in life can sometimes affect us for the worst. At least that’s what I used to think when I spent my years in the tree industry.
The circle of bosses that displayed no genuine care for their people, room for expansion or growth, and the annoying phrase, “Alright guys! Good work today! Here’s your check,” always left me unsatisfied with life.
That’s why today I take matters into my own hands. 3V Expansions has allowed me to connect with like minded people and engage in a positive environment. Now, when I reflect on my journey, every decision I’ve made has been the right one.

My career has been a journey across various industries, each shaping the person I am today. I spent many years as a mechanic, where I developed strong technical skills and a deep understanding of problem-solving. Despite my commitment and hard work, I often felt undervalued and struggled to receive the recognition I deserved in these roles.
Driven by a desire to explore my creative side, I eventually launched my own business in music and videography, where I could fully express my artistic vision. This venture was a significant step forward, but it was joining 3V Expansions that truly transformed my career. At 3V Expansions, I found a vibrant and supportive environment that not only recognized my talents but also provided a clear path for growth and skill development. This experience has opened new doors, allowing me to thrive in ways I never imagined.

My name is Aurora, I grew up up in Wildomar, CA, and came from a family of small business owners. I was introduced to a lot of responsibilities at a young age and decided early on that I would follow the footsteps of my lineage and open my own business some day. I had no idea where to begin my journey to running a successful business after graduating high school, but I was offered a position as a barista. I found no fulfillment in being an employee, and I still had a strong drive to run my own operation. That dream lead me to 3V Expansions, where I’ve acquired and enhanced my skills in management, team building, and marketing. Fast forward 8 months later, and now I’m thriving in a work environment that is inclusive, fair, positive, and strives to grow each individuals’ best traits into management material.

My name is Jared and I grew up in Long Island, NY. I came from a low income family were I was taught to work hard and earn something better for not only myself but for my future family. After high school I bounced around from job to job, ranging from a Teller at a bank to construction. I was always striving to better myself but also looking for a career or opportunity to not only succeed but to be able grow. So about 5 years ago I had an opportunity to come to California and help my brother open a business and I went for it. Unfortunately things didn’t work out the way we had expected so I forced to go out a find a new opportunity. That’s when I stumbled upon 3V Expansions. A friend of mine was working there and told me about the opportunity that was being offered and after their first week in the job they made 16 sales and I told myself, I’d be stupid to not give it a chance. So I took an interview and loved what they had to offer me. It was everything I was looking for in a job, personal growth, business opportunities and being able to establish financial freedom.

One night, I found an ad for a company called 3V Expansions. It promised growth and opportunity, so I applied. To my surprise, they reached out and asked to meet. The interview focused on my drive and willingness to learn, not my past jobs. 3V Expansions gave me the chance I’d been looking for real opportunities and a place that believed in growth, both for the business and its people.
